Tried to call and cancel my order within 5 minutes because I ordered in error and wanted to be sure I spoke to someone asap before it was shipped. I got their sister company on the line and asked if she could help me but she said no, to send an email (which I did). Sent three follow-up emails. The item ended up arriving but there is still no resolution (I don’t want to be on the hook for return costs on top of shipping costs for an item I tried to cancel immediately). Poor service.
