Returns & Replacements
At Servette Home we do our utmost to carry only quality merchandise, and therefore we test all merchandise to ensure it meets our high quality standards.
If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with the items you have received, you can return them to us. Items must be in their unused, original condition.
If your order arrived damaged, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery and receive a photo of the damaged item.
How to initiate a return:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your invoice number and the items you wish to return.
Once your return request has been approved, we will send you an email with an RMA number to be sent back with your return.
For a full refund to your method of payment the return must be initiated within 14 days of placing the order. Returns initiated between 14 and 30 days will be given a store credit. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

While we are unable accept any merchandise in cases where the return is not initiated within 14 days of placement of the order, we will issue a store credit for all items that are returned within 30 days of an orders placement.
We are unable refund shipping costs. Similarly, we are unable to cover the cost of the return shipping.
When placing an order that qualifies for free shipping, if you return all or part of the order and the total bought no longer qualifies for free shipping, we will refund the merchandise amount less standard shipping charges. Please understand that for obvious reasons we are only able to issue refunds after we have received the returns.
Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items discounted more than 25%.
